Timothy P. Coon, Esq. Mr. Coon is a Partner working out of M&K's New York City office. He has extensive experience in employment law, including litigation investigation, training and the drafting of employee policies and manuals. His clients have included public and private corporations, governmental bodies, schools and universities, as well as financial/banking institutions and individuals.
Mr. Coon has litigated employment cases in federal and state courts in multiple jurisdictions including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. He has more than 30 years of complex commercial litigation experience, including trials involving claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, director and officer liability, professional malpractice, fraud, insurance, product liability and civil rights.
