McGivney & Kluger, P.C. is proud to announce that Ms. Grubb has joined the firm as an Associate in our Wilmington, DE office.

Ms. Grubb focuses on the defense of toxic tort and general liability matters.  Prior to joining M&K, she received her Bachelor's degree from Elon University in 2002 and her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2005.  During her time at Widener, Ms. Grubb was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society.  As a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, she was selected to compete in Tulane University's National Sports and Entertainment Law Competition, which she and her partners championed.  In 2005, Ms. Grubb won first place in Widener Law School's Hugh B. Pierce Trial Advocacy Competition. 

Upon completion of law school, Ms. Grubb served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Lawrence E. Wood of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in West Chester, PA.  She went on to practice in various fields of civil litigation including domestic law and personal injury law before joining M&K.  Ms. Grubb is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and Delaware.  She is a member of the American Bar and Delaware State Bar Associations.  She is also a presenter for the National Business Institute's Continuing Legal Education Program and has been appointed pro bono in several Delaware Family Court matters.
