Erin N. Miter, Esq. McGivney & Kluger, P.C. is proud to announce that Ms. Miter has joined the firm as an Associate in our New York, NY office.
Ms. Miter is practicing in the area of asbestos litigation. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Ms. Miter completed a full-time legal externship in M&K's asbestos litigation department. She also worked as a law clerk for a family law and estate planning firm, and interned at the Monroe County District Attorney's Office.
Ms. Miter graduated, magna cum laude, with a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2014. During law school, she served as the Senior Marketing Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical law, and Associate Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. Upon graduation, Ms. Miter was the recipient of the President's Achievement Award, the Leadership Achievement Award, and the Amber N.D. Andaloro Law Journal Award. She received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Political Science from The College at Brockport, State University of New York in 2011
