TRISH L. WILSON, ESQ. McGivney, Kluger & Cook, P.C. is proud to announce that Ms. Wilson has joined the firm as a senior associate in MK&C's Florham Park, New Jersey office.
Ms. Wilson practices in the areas of toxic tort and asbestos litigation. She is an experienced attorney, having handled all aspects of commercial litigation in New Jersey and New York State courts, in the areas of toxic torts, product liability, premises liability, environmental law and commercial contracts.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wilson served as National Coordinating Counsel for a large, multi-district client in the defense of its product liability and toxic tort claims. In this role, she assisted in the management of the U.S. docket for asbestos claims, and oversaw local counsel nationwide in the implementation of a national legal strategy. Ms. Wilson also served as local counsel for a Fortune 100 company in the defense of asbestos claims filed in New York County (NYCAL).
Ms. Wilson graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law where she was Senior Articles Editor on the Pace Environmental Law Review, and a participant in the National Trial Competition. She received her undergraduate degree from Colgate University. Ms. Wilson is admitted to practice before the New York and New Jersey State Courts.
