M. JACQUELINE LARKIN, ESQ. McGivney, Kluger & Cook, P.C. is proud to announce that Ms. Larkin has joined the firm as an associate in MK&C's Philadelphia, PA office.
Prior to joining MK&C, Ms. Larkin spent five years as an associate at the law firm of Eugene J. Malady, LLC. During that time, Ms. Larkin represented creditors and debtors in bankruptcy matters, represented credit unions in foreclosures and collection matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and handled complex commercial litigation and civil litigation cases. She is experienced in federal and state court litigation. She appeared in Main Line Today, August 2014, as # 2 Bankruptcy Attorney.
Ms. Larkin graduated magna cum laude from Widener Delaware School of Law. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing. While in law school, she was an extern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and a certified legal intern at the Delaware County District Attorney's office. She was also a senior staff member on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and was the recipient of the Lucinda L. Peipher Award in International Law.
Ms. Larkin is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey.
