Litigation related to toxic exposures has grown at a rapid pace as industries come under greater scrutiny and face potential costly claims. We are active in virtually all key forums, handling litigation across the country.
Our involvement in the area of toxic and mass tort litigation began in the early 1990s with asbestos and toxic chemical exposures. Our practice has expanded and encompasses the World Trade Center litigation where we served as lead defense liaison, lead paint, mold, heavy metals, paint primers, benzene, silica and wastewater claims related to various chemicals involved in hydraulic fracturing (“fracking”) and premises related claims from employees.
We are known for our ability to understand complex medicine and science, and can effectively explain these concepts to juries. We have dedicated a substantial amount of time and resources to develop experts and state-of-the-art defenses. Our attorneys are respected leaders in the industry and are committed to maintaining our unique ability to provide a broad range of services to our clients to address the most pressing legal and public policy issues they face.
