Dave Snyder is a Partner in MKCI’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office, focusing on the defense of talc and general liability claims. He has defended personal injury cases for talc and asbestos clients as well as trucking and construction companies.
He has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, from pleadings, discovery, motions, and depositions through arbitrations and trials. He currently serves as second chair trial lawyer on asbestos and talc matters and aspires to be lead trial counsel in the near future.
Prior to joining MKCI in 2021, Dave worked in litigation for private Philadelphia area law firms in a wide range of matters in state and federal courts.
In addition to his work with MKCI, Dave is an avid fan of Jeopardy and Pittsburgh sports. He aspires to visit every Major League Baseball park.
Dave obtained his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Appalachian School of Law. While in law school, he interned for the Allegheny County Public Defender’s office, helping to file criminal appeals. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
