Timothy W. Garvey is a member of McKenna Snyder and is Of Counsel to MKCI’s Conshohocken, PA office. Tim’s practice areas include Education, Environmental and General Litigation.
Tim is currently involved in the defense of a variety of matters, including claims of sexual assault against institutions, public entities and private corporations. Tim has handled all aspects of civil litigation from inception through trial and appeal throughout both Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts – federal and state.
He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Tim obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law. He earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biology and Economics from Swarthmore College.
