Madison Cerami is an Associate in MKCI’s Pennsylvania office. Her practice focuses on civil litigation defense, including general liability, premises, and commercial trucking matters.
Madison is involved in all stages of litigation, including written discovery, legal research and analysis, motion practice, depositions, settlement evaluation, and preparing cases for trial. She has experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, settlement memoranda, and other litigation materials. Madison is detail-oriented and values thorough case analysis, persuasive legal writing, and timely, effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Prior to joining MKCI in 2026, Madison practiced in insurance defense, where she represented rideshare companies and their drivers in motor vehicle liability matters. Before becoming an associate, she also worked as a law clerk, gaining hands-on experience in legal research, motion drafting, and litigation strategy.
Madison earned her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2025. While in law school, she participated in the Civil Justice Clinic and was involved with the First Generation Law Student Society, Women’s Law Caucus, Student Mental Health Society, and served as an Admissions Ambassador. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology, with a concentration in Criminology, from Wake Forest University in 2022, graduating magna cum laude.
In her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with her beagle, Billie, reading, working out, and exploring the Philadelphia/Main Line area.
