Christopher is a Partner in MKCI’s Boston, MA and Providence, RI office. With over 16 years of experience as a defense attorney, Christopher has extensive litigation experience in a wide range of practices areas, including products liability, liquor liability, professional liability, construction, trucking, and wrongful death
In addition, throughout his career Christopher has defended hundreds of premises liability and motor vehicle claims. Christopher has first chair trial experience in numerous cases in southern New England, and his practice has included the representation of clients in both State and Federal Courts.
Throughout his career, Christopher has represented a wide variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, product manufacturers and designers, general contractors, property owners and managers, attorneys, insurance agencies, first-party defense of insurance companies, as well as individuals. He has always focused on forging a strong collaborative relationship with his clients to successfully represent their interests. Christopher always approaches a case with the best interests of the client in mind and works to obtain the most economical result available with a comprehensive defense strategy and a willingness to see the case through trial if necessary.
In addition to his litigation experience, Christopher is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.
On a personal level, in addition to his work with MKCI, Christopher enjoys traveling with his wife, watching soccer and cricket, and is a Board Member of the Alumni Board of Trustees of the University of Rhode Island Chapter of the Delta Chi Fraternity.
Prior to joining MKCI in 2026, Christopher worked at a national insurance defense litigation firm handling a variety of general liability cases in southern New England. One of Christopher’s notable outcomes is Faber v. McVay, 155 A.3d 153 (R.I. 2017), in which he represented an insurance agency in a professional liability action before the Rhode Island Supreme Court. The court ruled for Christopher’s client when it denied the agency’s customer’s appeal against a grant of summary judgment.
Christopher earned his Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law. While in law school, Christopher was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Denison University.
