Kevin Sellar is a Senior Associate Attorney in MKCI’s Coral Springs, FL office. His practice includes various types of insurance defense matters, including cases involving allegations of bodily injury, premises liability and construction defect. His work emphasizes integrity, attention to detail, and advocacy for clients’ best interests.
Kevin is involved in all stages of litigation, including claim investigation, written discovery, depositions, mediation, negotiation, motion practice, and preparing cases for trial. Kevin is passionate about obtaining the best results for his clients. This includes thoroughly analyzing the facts and legal issues, aggressively moving cases towards a favorable conclusion, and keeping clients timely informed of the progress of their cases.
Prior to joining MKCI in 2026, Kevin worked at both regional and national insurance defense firms, where he managed all phases of first-party property lawsuits as well as representing insureds in general liability and personal injury matters.
Kevin earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
