Ahmad M. Awadalla is a Senior Associate and trial attorney in the Philadelphia office. He has tried both civil and criminal cases to verdict and represents clients throughout Pennsylvania in a wide range of litigation matters.
His practice focuses on civil litigation, transportation litigation, premises liability, insurance defense, and complex tort matters. Ahmad is involved in all phases of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, mediation, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining MKCI, Ahmad gained experience in both private practice and public service. His background includes representing clients in civil litigation matters as well as serving in government legal positions at both the federal and state levels. He also served as a public defender, where he developed substantial courtroom and trial advocacy experience.
Ahmad has been recognized by The National Black Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 attorney.
Ahmad obtained his Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of the District of Columbia.
