Anthony Bush is an Associate in MKCI’s Livingston, New Jersey and Boston, MA offices, where he contributes to the firm’s civil litigation practice.
He brings a strategic, trial-informed approach to client advocacy, grounded in over four years of prosecutorial experience. His current practice focuses on general liability and toxic tort matters, including asbestos litigation.
Prior to joining MKCI in 2025, Anthony served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Essex County, New Jersey, and as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, Massachusetts (Boston). He managed a high-volume felony caseload involving firearms offenses, aggravated assaults, and domestic violence. He regularly presented cases to grand juries, argued motions, and collaborated with law enforcement and forensic experts to prepare matters for resolution or trial. His experience has shaped a results-oriented, disciplined approach to litigation.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys fitness, cooking, and music. He is passionate about mentoring first-generation law students and building community through service and leadership.
Anthony earned his Juris Doctor degree from New England Law, Boston, where he served on the executive board of the Black Law Students’ Association and actively supported initiatives aimed at fostering inclusion within the legal community. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
