Berlande Saint Paul is an Associate in MKCI’s Livingston, NJ office. She represents clients in general liability, toxic torts and insurance coverage litigation, including in-depth discovery development, investigation, motion practice and trial preparation.
Prior to joining MKCI, Berlande worked for a non-profit organization in Hackensack, New Jersey, representing clients on various matters before Administrative Law Judges. Berlande also clerked for the Honorable James Hely in the Law Division Civil Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County. During her clerkship, Berlande assisted the Judge in all aspects civil practice, including preparing motions, researching legal issues, and drafting memoranda. In addition, she served as a certified New Jersey Judiciary Mediator.
In addition to her work with MKCI, Berlande enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
Berlande obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Stony Brook University in New York.
