Brandon Lancaster is an Associate Attorney in MKCI’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. His practice focuses on insurance defense, specifically toxic torts, including asbestos and talc matters, and general liability matters. Brandon is involved in all stages of litigation, including claim investigation, written discovery, depositions, mediation, negotiation, motion practice, and preparing cases for trial. Brandon prioritizes effective communication, organization, and zealous representation as part of his commitment to excellence. He often seeks strong and continuing relationships with his community, clients, and colleagues.
Prior to joining MKCI in 2026, Brandon clerked for the Honorable Sherwin G. Campbell, J.S.C. in Warren County, New Jersey, for the 2025-2026 term.
Brandon loves Greek mythology, reading manga, and watching anime. He is passionate about writing stories and playing video games.
Brandon received Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. During law school, he participated in the Integrated Transactional Program and in the Housing Mediation External Clinic. Through these experiences, Brandon earned excellent mediation skills which allow him to be flexible and meet the needs of a wide client base. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Politics with a minor in Japanese Studies from George Mason University.
