Caroline Lindholm is an Associate Attorney based out of MKCI’s New York City office. Her practice focuses on asbestos and talc litigation, where she represents defendants in complex toxic tort matters. Caroline is involved in all stages of litigation, including claim investigation, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and preparing cases for trial. She is committed to thorough legal analysis, attention to detail, and clear, timely communication with clients.
Prior to joining MKCI in 2025, Caroline served as a summer clerk for the Supreme Court of Ghana in Accra, Ghana, where she gained exposure to international law, comparative legal systems, and judicial decision-making. Caroline also worked as a Summer Associate in MKCI’s New Jersey office during the summer of 2024.
Caroline earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University Law School, Newark. While in law school, she served as a student attorney in the Constitutional Rights Clinic and participated in Rutgers’ Courtroom Advocates Program, gaining hands-on litigation and advocacy experience. Caroline obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
