Ms. Philipp is an associate in MKC&I’s Philadelphia office, practicing in the areas of both General Liability and Asbestos. Ms. Philipp comes to MKC&I with many years of experience as a civil trial attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Philipp was a senior associate at a boutique firm focusing on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, mass torts, class actions and product liability. Ms. Philipp’s professional experience also includes bankruptcy, civil litigation, identity theft, privacy law, consumer law, real estate, foreclosure, and wills/estates. Her extensive bankruptcy practice included representation of parties in all stages of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 complex bankruptcy and adversary matters. An experienced practitioner, Ms. Philipp takes great pride in having represented cities, local governments, major corporations, and working individuals and their families in various legal matters throughout her successful career.
Ms. Philipp earned her Juris Doctor from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2003. During law school, she received Distinguished Class Performance in Trial Advocacy, and Distinguished Class Participation in Criminal Procedure honors. She also participated in Temple Law’s summer abroad program in Athens, Greece, where she completed international business and corporate law courses at the University of Athens. Ms. Philipp graduated, cum laude, with a Bachelors of Arts degree in English and a minor in History from Temple University in 2000. She also successfully completed Temple University’s prestigious Honors Program while finishing her undergraduate studies.
Ms. Philipp is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
