Irene Denis is an Associate in MKCI’s Livingston, NJ office. Her practice focuses on toxic tort/product liability litigation, including defense of asbestos and talc related claims, and general liability matters.

She is involved in all stages of litigation, including claim investigation, written discovery, depositions, mediation, negotiation, motion practice, and preparing cases for trial.

Prior to joining MKCI in 2025, Irene worked for a non-profit organization in Hackensack, New Jersey, where she worked on administrative law matters and family law matters. In her administrative law practice, she represented clients before Administrative Law Judges, advocating in a range of benefits related cases. Her family law work included securing restraining orders and protective orders for clients facing domestic violence. Her experience reflects a strong commitment to client advocacy and conflict resolution in emotionally complex matters.

In addition to her work with MKCI, Irene enjoys spending time with her family and baking.

Irene earned her Juris Doctor degree from New England Law, Boston. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in Political Science and Sociology from The College of New Jersey.
