Justice Dunwoody is an Associate in MKCI’s Buffalo, New York office, and her areas of practice include products liability, toxic torts and general liability litigation.
Justice is involved in all stages of litigation, including claim investigation, written discovery, depositions, negotiation, motion practice, and preparing cases for trial. Justice aims to bring diligence, creativity and a client focused perspective to her work as an attorney.
Prior to joining MKCI in 2025, Justice served as a Summer Associate at a full service regional law firm, working on complex litigation matters.
On a personal level Justice enjoys practicing yoga, trying new restaurants, and playing with her beloved dog, Charlie.
Justice earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in 2018 from Rochester Institute of Technology. During her time at the University at Buffalo, Justice was a Student Attorney with the Criminal Justice Advocacy Clinic, where she represented clients and developed courtroom advocacy skills. She also served as an editor on the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review.
