Samantha Omolaiye is an Associate Attorney in MKCI’s New York office. Her practice focuses on asbestos and talc litigation, where she represents defendants in toxic tort product liability matters, as well as general liability litigation.
Samantha is involved in all stages of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and preparing cases for trial. Samantha prioritizes the timely and accurate client communication, thorough analysis, and close attention to detail at every stage of a client matter.
Prior to joining MKCI in 2026, Samantha worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where she managed a high-volume caseload of misdemeanor and felony cases and was involved in all stages of trial litigation including drafting criminal complaints, making regular court appearances, conducting evidentiary hearings, and trial preparation.
On a personal level, Samantha enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring her neighborhood.
Samantha earned her Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School. While in law school, she was the Secretary for the Black Law Student’s Association (BLSA) and was an active member of the Student Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Samantha also earned a Master of Laws in Health Law and Healthcare Compliance from Albany Law School. Samantha obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from SUNY Albany.
