Stephen Schwarz is an Associate in MKCI’s Buffalo, New York office. His practice focuses on product liability, sexual abuse, Child Victims Act claims, toxic tort, and complex environmental and commercial litigation, including successfully defending talc, asbestos, and negligence claims. He has also handled various other types of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and criminal defense.
Prior to joining MKCI in 2023, Stephen worked for the Kings County District Attorney Office (Brooklyn, NY) as an Assistant District Attorney, where he handled misdemeanor and felony matters, including pursuing several cases to verdict after jury trial.
