Another critical part of our insurance coverage practice deals with representing insurers facing extra-contractual and bad faith claims . We do so regularly in various jurisdictions across the country. McGivney Kluger Clark & Intoccia assists its clients with implementing internal procedures in order to avoid potential bad faith claims. However, if and when such claims are made, we help insurers effectively respond to them.

In its representation of  insurers in the context of first party claims and litigation, including  complex property claims, fidelity and surety insurance claims, including financial and securities frauds, employee dishonesty cases and other specialty claims, the firm  works hand in hand with client claim representatives, forensic accountants and other professional consultants in performing these services to provide advice to our insurer clients.

The firm also has expertise in representing  its insurance company clients in subrogation actions, with expertise in seeking recovery from responsible third parties for complex property damage losses and damage to fine works of art.
