February 12, 2015 MARIA J. CICCIA, ESQ. McGivney & Kluger, P.C. is proud to announce that Ms. Ciccia has joined the firm as a senior associate in M& K’s New York City office. Ms. Ciccia is an experienced attorney, having defended national and international corporations in all aspects of litigation, in federal and state courts. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ciccia’s practice focused on complex litigation involving catastrophic economic and personal injury matters, in the areas of toxic torts, product liability, labor law, complex premises liability, and construction defect actions. She oversaw the defense of the nation’s largest abatement and demolition company in the World Trade Center litigation. She has also represented plaintiffs in securities fraud, ERISA, and consumer fraud class actions. Ms. Ciccia graduated from New York Law School, Evening Division in 2002. She received her undergraduate degree from Pace University, Lubin School of Business in 1995, where she was a Trustee’s Scholar. She is a member of the American Bar Association.
