McGivney, Kluger & Cook, P.C. is proud to announce that Mr. Tilak has joined the firm as an associate in M& K’s Florham Park, New Jersey office.
Mr. Tilak received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University in 2007. In 2010, he received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.
Prior to joining MK& C, Mr. Tilak was an associate at Stern, Lavinthal & Frankenberg, LLC, focusing on creditors’ rights and insurance defense matters. Most recently, Mr. Tilak was an associate at Budd Larner, PC, where he also focused on creditors’ rights and commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Tilak is currently admitted to practice in the state courts of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
