MKCI manages the day-to-day litigation in silica. This includes file handling from inception through trial, including the entire discovery process, comprising interrogatory exchanges, depositions and/or de bene esses, encompassing plaintiffs, per quod plaintiffs, various fact witnesses, corporate representatives and expert witnesses, judicial conferences and expert witness evaluation or retention, as needed.
