MKCI’s Management Committee includes the firm’s four named partners, each of whom have been attorneys with MKCI for more than 15 years, and two partners who are not only influential leaders in their individual capacities, but also successfully handle substantial case loads and manage firm departments and offices.
Chuck McGivney serves as Managing Partner and works with both the Management Committee and Leadership Committee to ensure MKCI’s Commitment to Excellence is universally embraced and exemplified via aggressive strategy development, efficient and effective client defense, talent recruitment, development, and retention, and implementation of top of the line technology.
